Successful leaders use the terms interchangeably. However, here’s how I define the two:
- Dashboard: Snapshot of current organizational trends
- Scorecard: Status check of progress on key strategic objectives

This is an “intelligent” (pardon the pun!) and entertaining look at what exactly business intelligence is. I rather like it.
Looks like it’s an “ad” by a microsoftie – but this is the kind of marketing I really like!
